All Room Decor and Dressing is completed and in your venue PRIOR to your arrival, to give you the full effect of the balloon decor you have chosen. All you have to do is choose what you want and pay the fees agreed. The rest is left as they say to them.

Balloon decor is either created on site or delivered to your venue and then set all up, its all included in the price you pay. They have the training and the experience, so why should you do some of the work.

They have heard the "We sell the cheapest balloons" so many times and when delivery and set up are added as extras it seems so unfair. So their prices reflect the full cost of the work required.

Balloons and Tunes is not a shop and 'Collection for Dissapointment' is not an option to them.
